Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home is seeking a Female Healthcare Assistant Support Worker to join our team in Dorset and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care, assist with medications, and help with moving and handling in clients’ homes.

We value candidates with at least 6 months UK care experience, a willingness to learn, and the ability to build trust with clients. Shifts range from 8–12 hours, including days, nights, and weekends, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months' UK care experience within the last 2 years.
• Willingness to work 1:1 or 2:1 within a client’s home.
• Ability to undertake complex care interventions including moving and handling.
• Desire to build good working relationships with clients and the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care in clients' homes.
