Job summary

Home Instead is hiring a caregiver to support seniors in the greater Pittsburgh area. You’ll drive to clients’ homes, provide companionship and personal care, and help with daily tasks. A valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle are required.

• Help with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity.

Whether you’re experienced or brand new to professional home care, our team is here to help you every step of the way. You'll be driving to client's homes in the greater Pittsburgh area, so a valid driver's license and a dependable vehicle are required.

Pay & Benefits

• $15.00-$16.00/hr, plus $1/hr for weekend visits*
• Opportunity to earn up to $18.00/hr after your first 8 weeks**
• Weekly pay with direct deposit

*Weekend visits start between Saturday 12:01AM and Sunday 11:59PM

**To be considered for the wage increase, you must meet Honors requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license and clean driving record), have more than 6 months of paid/professional caregiving experience, work 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor. The $18.00 is for select regions and applies to weekend shifts with high transfer clients
