Job summary

All American Home Care LLC is seeking an experienced Full-time Direct Care Worker to join our team in Butler, PA. The role covers personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship in the consumer's home.

Schedule is Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Requirements include 1 year of caregiving experience and a clear background check; HH Aide training or related licenses are preferred. Sign-on bonus and multiple benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience required.
• Home Health Aide training, Adult Residential License, Direct Care worker certification (Preferred).
• Clear background check
• Valid ID/DL
• Social Security
• PPDs, TB, or Chest X-ray

Responsibilities

• Assists consumers with activities of daily living per care plan (hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Maintains a clean, safe home environment and performs light housekeeping.
• Provides meal preparation and laundry support as needed.
