Job summary

All American Home Care LLC is seeking an experienced Direct Care Worker to assist clients in their own homes in the Beaver Falls, PA area. The role focuses on helping with activities of daily living, personal care, light housekeeping and companionship.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of caregiving experience, valid ID, background check, and relevant training or licenses; benefits include health and dental insurance, paid time off, and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience required.
• Home Health Aide training, Adult Residential License, Direct Care worker certification (Preferred).
• Clear background check
• Valid ID/DL
• Social Security
• PPDs, TB, or Chest X-ray

Responsibilities

• Performs or assists consumer with activities of daily living as prescribed in the plan of care, including hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Maintains the home in a clean and safe environment with light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, etc.
• Treats each person with respect and dignity; respects confidentiality and autonomy.
