All American Home Care is actively seeking an experienced Full-time DCW to join our team in Butler, PA. Schedule: M-F 10A-4P. This role provides personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship in the consumer's home environment.

The duties include assisting with daily living activities, maintaining a safe and clean home, and supporting independence and comfort for clients. Strong empathy and respect for client autonomy are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience required.
• Home Health Aide training, Adult Residential License, Direct Care worker certification (Preferred)
• Clear background check
• Valid ID/DL
• Social Security
• PPDs, TB, or Chest X-ray

Responsibilities

• Performs or assists consumer with activities of daily living as prescribed in the plan of care, including hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Maintains the home in a clean and safe environment with light housekeeping.
• Provides care with respect and dignity, honoring the consumer's rights and confidentiality.
