Job summary

Springmoor Life Care Retirement Community in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Home Care Aide II/CNA to support residents with daily activities and provide compassionate care in a warm, residential setting.

You will work 7 AM to 7 PM, assisting with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, and light housekeeping, while promoting dignity and independence. Compliance with NC CNA requirements and high school diploma are needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with elderly preferred
• NC CNA required

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL care including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide one-on-one care and companionship, assist with laundry, cleaning, errands, and simple meal prep.
• Offer medication reminders and assist with pet care as needed.
