Optimal Home Care Services LLC in Brooklyn Park, MN seeks a compassionate Female Caregiver/Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support an adult in a person-centered environment. You will help with daily living activities, companionship, community involvement, meals, and promoting independence.

The role includes documenting changes, following agency policies, and assisting with transportation to activities.

Formación

• Experience as a Caregiver, DSP, PCA, Homemaker, or related role preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass a DHS background study.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
