Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Washington state is seeking compassionate Home Care Aides (HCAs) to provide companionship, personal care, and daily living support. Earn $19–$24 per hour with flexible schedules and on-demand pay, making it easier to balance work and life.

You will assist with meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, safety supervision, and provide relief for families—helping clients maintain independence and dignity in their day-to-day routines.

Qualifications

• HCA certification or caregiving experience preferred.
