Synergy HomeCare is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our team and deliver compassionate, life-affirming care in clients’ homes. You will be valued and rewarded for your dedication, with opportunities for training and growth as part of a national network.

As an HHA, you will provide non-medical assistance, companionship, and personal care, while coordinating with clients and families to ensure consistent, punctual service and flexible shifts that fit nearby clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

As a Home Health Aide, HHA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
