Job summary

Right at Home Torrance is seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to support seniors in their own homes. You will provide one-on-one care, assist with daily living activities, prepare meals, and engage clients with companionship while ensuring safety and dignity.

As part of a dedicated team, you will report changes to supervisors, maintain a clean work environment, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients. CA DPSS registration is required.

Qualifications

• Must be registered as a Home Care Aide by CA DPSS.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in home care or related field preferred.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients with care and safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance to and from client visits.
• Current TB test required.
