Home Care Aides with a CNA license provide care and personal services either in-home or on campus. Responsibilities include companionship, personal care, housekeeping, and meal support per the Plan of Care. They approach all clients with compassion and are attentive to physical, mental, emotional, and environmental changes that could affect the client or resident.

What you’ll do

  • Monitor health status, assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meal service.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
  • Document observations and health information electronically.
  • Communicate health-related information to the care team and families.
  • Travel between Wesley campuses to provide care as needed.
  • Learn and adhere to applicable regulations and policies.

What you’ll need

  • Active Nursing Assistant certification in Washington State.
  • Washington State Food Worker Card within 14 days of hire.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English.
