Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Role Responsibilities

Our Caregivers are essential to our mission, providing vital services to seniors and their families to help maintain independence. Responsibilities include:

• Basic companion care (light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal prep, etc.)
• Personal care (incontinence care, transferring, dressing, bathing, etc.)

Shifts vary from 1-24 hours, including live-in, weekend, night, or morning shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills
• Covid vaccination record and/or booster (if available)
• Two references
• Proof of TB test within the last year (showing clear results)
• Ability to pass background check
• Additional training (CNA, HHA, BLS/CPR) is a plus
• Must possess a valid CA HCA registration number
