Addus HomeCare in the West Chicago area is hiring Home Care Aides to join a compassionate team serving Oak Park, Berwyn and surrounding communities.

Starting wage is $18.75 per hour with travel reimbursement, flexible full-time or part-time schedules, and benefits including health insurance through SEIU Healthcare Illinois Home Care and Child Care Fund. A 6‑month enrollment in a retirement plan, paid time off (up to 75 hours per year), and paid holidays are also offered.

Employees are also eligible to enroll in employer sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service (21 years of age). Accrued paid time off (up to 75 hours per year based on tenure), as well as paid holidays (see holiday schedule) for employees who have worked at least 1 year with company, and work 30 hours per week.
