Job summary

No Worries Care Tacoma is seeking compassionate Home Care Aides to support clients in their own homes. This in-person caregiving role focuses on safeguarding dignity, assisting with bathing, dressing, mobility, and daily routines while following care plans and HIPAA rules.

You can pick your schedule with options for full-time, part-time, weekends or overnights. We offer competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, paid sick time, training, and professional development.

HCA or CNA certification is a plus — but it's not a dealbreaker. We're open to caregivers who haven't gotten certified yet, as long as you're willing to learn and grow with us.
