Job summary

Home Helpers of Martinsburg is seeking a compassionate Home Care Provider to support seniors in Martinsburg and nearby Inwood, WV on the evening shift (4pm–10pm). You will help clients maintain independence and dignity in their own homes.

As part of our caring team, you will assist with daily living activities, monitor well-being, coordinate with families and healthcare professionals, and keep clear care notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Manage medication and provide medical support as needed
• Encourage and engage clients in various activities, such as exercise, hobbies, and socialization
• Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless client care and support
