Job summary

Home Helpers of Martinsburg is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support seniors and individuals in need at home. You will assist with daily living tasks, meals, and social activities, helping clients maintain independence in a safe, caring environment.

This role offers flexible part-time hours, ongoing training, and a supportive team. Prior caregiving experience is preferred and a high school diploma is required. Earn $15-$17 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and household chores.
• Engage with clients in activities they enjoy, such as reading, games, or hobbies.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the care team.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
