Addus HomeCare is seeking Home Care Aides in the West Chicago area with openings in Oak Park, Berwyn, and surrounding locations. The starting wage is $18.75 per hour with travel reimbursement and flexible full-time or part-time schedules.

Employees are offered health insurance benefits through the SEIU Healthcare Illinois Home Care and Child Care Fund, retirement plan eligibility after 6 months, accrued paid time off, and paid holidays for those who work at least 30 hours per week.

Employees are also eligible to enroll in employer sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service (21 years of age). Accrued paid time off (up to 75 hours per year based on tenure), as well as paid holidays (see holiday schedule) for employees who have worked at least 1 year with company, and work 30 hours per week.
