The $1,000 sign-on bonus is valid for applicants effective 1/1/2025. It is paid in two parts: $500 after 500 hours worked and another $500 after 1,000 hours. Bonus eligibility requires active status and at least 85% electronic visit verification. Bonuses are paid within 30 days of eligibility. Previous caregivers not active since before 1/1/2024 are eligible. Transfers within Help at Home are not eligible.
