No Worries Care in Renton, WA is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one home care to clients in their homes. You’ll help clients live safely and comfortably with personalized care plans and empathy, whether you’re seasoned or new to caregiving.

This role emphasizes reliability, genuine compassion, and collaboration with families and healthcare professionals. A CNA or HCA credential is preferred, with consideration for motivated candidates to obtain certification.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with reliability and professionalism.
• Genuine compassion and commitment to client well-being.
• CNA or HCA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain it).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.

Position Overview

This caregiver role plays a vital part in enhancing the daily lives of our clients. You'll work one-on-one with individuals in their homes, providing the support they need to live with comfort and confidence. Whether you're a seasoned professional or newer to caregiving, we welcome those with a caring heart and a strong sense of responsibility. A current CNA or Home Care Aide (HCA) credential is preferred, but we're happy to consider candidates willing to obtain certification.
