No Worries Care is urgently hiring Home Care Aides to support clients in their homes. You will assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, remind medications, and provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive team environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in long-term care or home health, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety and HIPAA compliance. In-person roles with flexible schedules, including full-time, part-time, weekends, and night shifts, are available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospice care
• Knowledge of patient observation techniques and vital signs monitoring
• Ability to assist with ADLs and provide compassionate patient care
• Familiarity with medication reminders and care planning processes
• Experience working with people with dementia, arthritis, or mobility challenges
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when required (e.g., resident transfers)
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred; ongoing training provided if necessary
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and privacy
• Experience working with diverse populations including seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring memory care support

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
• Give medication reminders following care plans and HIPAA guidelines
• Provide meal preparation and nutritional support tailored to individual dietary needs
• Support patients with memory care, dementia, Alzheimer's, or other cognitive impairments
• Use assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts or resident lifts to ensure safe transfers and mobility
• Observe and report changes in patient condition or behavior to care team
• Perform light housekeeping
• Follow prescribed care plans and document services provided accurately
• Support patients during social activities and promote engagement for overall well-being
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols including CPR, first aid, and infection control procedures
