Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Veterans United Home Loans is seeking a Home Buying Concierge to help borrowers navigate the moving and homebuying journey with less stress. You’ll build relationships mostly by phone and text, coordinating with teams and providers to arrange the services borrowers need.
You'll work in a fast-paced, supportive team, with base pay plus commissions. Expect first-year earnings in the $42,000–$60,000 range, with top performers reaching $80,000 or more through incentives.
Whether you come from a background in sales, customer service, or roles that require juggling multiple priorities, you can be successful in this role.
We don't require a specific degree or experience, but we're looking for translatable skills and relevant expertise. We will provide you with the training and development opportunities needed to build a career here!
As a Home Buying Concierge, you'll work with your team to help make the homebuying journey smoother and less stressful for our borrowers.
This role is driven by teamwork—you'll be collaborating with teammates to build a strong culture of support and teamwork.
While the loan team handles the mortgage side of things, you'll be the one taking the stress of moving logistics off the borrower’s shoulders.
Success here means helping borrowers feel supported every step of the way, working closely with our sister companies, and connecting with service providers to make things happen.
With a base salary and commission setup, you're looking at $42,000 to $60,000 in your first year.
But here's where it gets exciting - our top earners are hitting $80,000 and beyond, thanks to performance incentives that can propel your earnings higher.
A dedicated work ethic drives everything you do, and you're always ready to go the extra mile.
High volumes of interactions don't faze you—you stay organized and focused, no matter what.
You excel in fast-paced, results-driven environments, and you thrive when collaborating with a supportive, team-focused group.
Providing outstanding customer service comes naturally, and your strong communication skills make it easy to connect with others, whether in person, over the phone, or through email.
Adapting to shifting priorities and change feels like second nature, and you're always ready to pivot when needed.
You're confident using basic computer technologies and comfortable navigating the tools needed for an internet-based company.
Oh, and you show up-reliable, ready to go, and committed to making a difference every day.
We're all about helping Veterans and military families become homeowners. In two short decades, we closed over 500,000 VA Loans and became the #1 VA lender for homebuyers in the nation.
But to us, success isn't measured in numbers. Our success is measured in living our values every day: Be Passionate and Have Fun, Deliver Results with Integrity and Enhance Lives Every Day.
We always strive to provide friendly service to military homebuyers and their families.
And we always seek to lift up people and communities across the country.
We're so glad you're here checking out this opportunity! If this role gets you excited but you're worried you don't check every box - don't sweat it. We're more interested in what you can bring to the team than a perfect checklist. If you're passionate, driven, and ready to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you. Come as you are, and together we'll create something amazing.
