Summertown Metals of Hopkinsville is seeking a sales-oriented staff member to assist customers with home and building projects and to drive revenue. This role emphasizes accurate material lists and invoices while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The position operates Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and offers a commission-based compensation structure with opportunities to grow sales skills and product knowledge in a fast-paced hardware environment.

Aufgaben

• Set and achieve monthly sales goals.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and required training sessions.
• Follow up with customers listed in the call log, preferably within 48 hours or as soon as reasonably possible.
• Prepare for and attend scheduled customer appointments.
• Follow the walk-in customer schedule provided by the Sales Manager.
• Prepare and review material lists and invoices for accuracy.
• Identify and promptly communicate significant errors.
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry products and trends.
• Follow department and company policies and procedures.
