AT&T in Saint Louis, Missouri is seeking an Installation Technician to install and activate our broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services at customer locations. You’ll work independently in homes and small businesses, meeting new people and solving problems.

This role offers a stable full-time schedule, a competitive hourly pay between $29.15 and $30.89, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and growth opportunities within AT&T.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver's license is required.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs and handle ladders safely.
• Be able to work in small spaces or at heights up to 28 ft.
• Willing to overtime, on-call, and holiday work.
• Identify wire and cable colors and complete a pre-employment assessment.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services at customer locations.
• Provide best-in-class service and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Meet new customers daily and ensure their satisfaction with our products.
• Work independently in homes or small businesses as a trusted field technician.
