Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, overtime, and holidays.
• Ability to work in tight spaces or aloft up to 28 ft.
• Identify wire and cable colors; complete pre-employment assessment.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate residential and small business technology at customers’ locations.
• Deliver best-in-class service and be a trusted expert for customers.
• Solve problems on-site and ensure seamless setup of broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services.
