Job summary

AT&T in Brandon, MS is seeking an Installation Technician to install and activate our high-speed network for customers in their homes and small businesses. You’ll work independently at customer sites, ensuring a seamless setup of broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services, and you’ll be the trusted expert solving on-site challenges.

You’ll meet new people daily, stay adaptable, and be rewarded for strong service delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Lift and move up to 60 lbs; ladders may weigh 50–60 lbs.
• Able to work in small spaces or aloft up to 28 ft.
• Willing to work overtime, emergency calls and holidays.
• Identify wire and cable colors.
• Qualify on pre-employment assessment.

Responsibilities

• Install broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customers’ homes and businesses.
• Provide seamless installation and activation of technology.
• Meet new people daily and solve problems while delivering excellent service.
• Work independently as a trusted expert at customer sites.
• Assist with ladder work and safety compliance.
