Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking an experienced UPS Field Service Engineer for a home-based role in the Atlanta region with ~30% travel. You will commission, maintain and troubleshoot UPS systems, batteries, PDUs and STS units across multiple manufacturers, supporting data centers and critical facilities.

The ideal candidate has UPS/critical power field service experience, strong electrical troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience as UPS Field Service Engineer or in critical power maintenance.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and safety awareness.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Commission, maintain and troubleshoot UPS and critical power systems.
• Work across batteries, PDUs, STSs and multiple UPS manufacturers.
• Cover Georgia from a home base with approximately 30% overnight travel.
