Qualifications

• Own vehicle and ability to travel within Norfolk.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain safe, trusting relationships with clients.
• Support clients in understanding their story, needs, and preferences.
• Help clients set and work towards personal goals.
• Use sensitive but persistent outreach to remove barriers to engagement.
• Manage your own caseload, including completing all case recording paperwork.
• Work independently and make decisions around support.
