Job summary

Qualifications include a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active SLP license, CPR certification, and a minimum of one year of experience. Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active registered SLP license in the state where you practice and certification (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification.
• One-year Speech Therapy experience in a clinical setting.
• Current Drivers License.
• Comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to patients in their homes, including techniques to improve speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills.
• Customize therapy strategies to meet individual patient goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment goals, and outcomes.
• Provide training and support for family members to assist with therapeutic exercise at home.
