Job summary
Personal Touch Home Care in Brooklyn is hiring three full-time Speech Language Pathologists to provide home-based care across Brooklyn, serving pediatric and adult caseloads. Salary is $110,000.00-$115,000.00 annually, with comprehensive benefits and a supportive team in a patient-centered home-care setting.
Must hold New York State SLP license. You will assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with other providers to support
Qualifications
- Active New York State SLP license is required.
- Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.
- Provide therapy to individuals of all ages addressing articulation, fluency, voice, and language.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families about communication strategies and home exercises.
- Stay current with best practices in speech therapy.
