Job summary

Personal Touch Home Care is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality home-based care in East New York, Canarsie, Brooklyn, and surrounding neighborhoods. The role supports pediatric and adult caseloads, with 30-minute to 1-hour sessions.

Full-time position with a starting salary of $110,000–$115,000 annually. NYS license required to be considered. Join a warm, team-oriented environment focused on improving quality of life at home.

Qualifications

• Active New York State Speech Language Pathologist license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Home care experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience with pediatric, adult, special needs, or geriatric populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Provide therapy to individuals of all ages, addressing articulation, fluency, voice, and language.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about communication strategies and home exercises.
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in speech therapy.
