Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and pass background checks.
• Efficiently manage transportation and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Share your home to support an adult with ID/DD in a family setting.
• Provide 12-month per year contracted support with education, recreation, and independent living skills.
• Ensure health/mental health coordination and overall wellbeing.
