Job summary

StoneGate Senior Living in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Regional Nurse Consultant RN to support three skilled nursing facilities in the region. The role is home-based in Tulsa with travel to assigned campuses to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with facility leadership, provide training, monitor performance, and assist with surveys and plans of correction while promoting best practices in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma RN license and active credentials.
• Willingness to travel to assigned facilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional nursing consulting to Tulsa-area facilities.
• Train and coach Directors of Nursing and staff.
• Support compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Assist with mock surveys and correction plans.
