Job summary

ACCEPT Education Collaborative, Natick, MA, is seeking a Home-Based Coordinator to oversee the home-based program, recruiting and training staff, coordinating referrals, and ensuring quality services across districts. This is a full-time, on-site role with a focus on collaboration with district partners and program supervision.

The position starts immediately and reports to the Deputy Director of Student Services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in special education or related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• At least two years relevant experience required.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement procedures for screening incoming students.
• Complete intake process and provide written evaluations and recommendations.
• Consult with districts regarding needs and services of students and families.
• Supervise Home-Based staff and schedule in home/school placements.
• Develop goals and strategies for educational/behavioral needs in home and school settings.
• Recruit, hire and train Home-Based staff.
• Review and approve staff timesheets.
• Attend team meetings to report on Home-Based services.
