Job summary

Livingston County Community Mental Health Authority is seeking a Home-Based Program Coordinator to lead and supervise a team delivering family and individual therapy, crisis intervention, and case management across homes, schools, and partner sites. You will support clinicians, coordinate evidence-based practices, and participate in community-wide initiatives to promote youth wellness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, Psychology or Counseling required.
• Michigan Licensure as LMSW, LLP, or LPC.
• Minimum of three years child/adolescent/family mental health treatment experience.
• Home-Based and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and support for the Home-Based Treatment Team and youth and families served.
• Supervise up to 8 Home-Based therapists and case managers delivering therapy, crisis intervention, and case management.
• Oversee respite services, authorize and monitor treatment, and participate in state-wide training.
