Job summary

Livingston County Community Mental Health Authority in Howell, Michigan, seeks a Home-Based Program Coordinator to lead a team of up to 8 therapists and case managers delivering family and individual therapy, crisis intervention, and case management to youth and families in homes, schools, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling.
• Michigan Licensure as LMSW, LLP, or LPC.
• Minimum of three years child/adolescent/family mental health treatment experience.
• Home-Based and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and support for the Home-Based Treatment Team.
• Supervise up to 8 therapists and case managers delivering family/individual therapy, crisis intervention, and case management.
• Oversee respite, authorize and monitor treatment, and ensure positive outcomes.
• Participate in evidence-based practice training and state-wide initiatives.
• Assist in hiring, training, and program activities with the Program Director.
