Job summary

Livingston County Community Mental Health Authority in Howell, Michigan, seeks a Home-Based Program Coordinator to lead the Home-Based Treatment Team and support youth and families in homes, schools, and community settings.

You will supervise a team of up to eight therapists and case managers, ensuring delivery of family and individual therapy, crisis intervention, and case management while promoting evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology or counseling.
• Michigan licensure as LMSW, LLP, or LPC.
• Minimum of three years child/adolescent/family mental health treatment experience.
• Home-Based and supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and supervise a team of up to eight Home-Based therapists and case managers delivering family and individual therapy, crisis intervention, and case management.
• Oversee respite services, treatment authorization, and program activities while ensuring positive outcomes.
• Participate in evidence-based practice state-wide training and assist in hiring, training, and supervision.
• Provide occasional family, group, or individual therapy and collaborate with system partners as needed.
