Job summary

Livingston County Community Mental Health Authority is seeking a Home-Based Program Coordinator to lead and supervise a team of clinicians providing family and individual therapy, crisis intervention, and case management for youth and families. The role involves collaboration with partners, field visits, and advancing evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology or counseling required.
• Michigan Licensure as LMSW, LLP, or LPC preferred.
• Minimum three years of child/adolescent/family mental health treatment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of up to 8 Home-Based therapists and case managers.
• Provide family & individual therapy, crisis intervention, and case management.
• Oversee respite services, authorize and monitor treatment, and ensure positive outcomes.
• Participate in training and/state-wide Evidenced-Based Practice initiatives.
• Assist in hiring, training, and program activities in collaboration with leadership.
