Job summary

The Florence VA Clinic in Florence, KY is seeking a Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) Outpatient Staff Registered Nurse (RN). You will be responsible for individual nursing practice and determining the delegation of tasks to support optimal outpatient care.

Requirements include English proficiency, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and active RN licensure in the United States. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Florence, KY with potential advancement through VA

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required to serve in direct patient care positions.
• Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by accrediting bodies (ACEN/CCNE) or eligible for bridge program pathway.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN license in a US state or D.C.; GNT exception may apply.
