Job summary

Responsibilities
- Provide primary health care and consult nursing and medical staff.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Perform assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes measurements.
- Provide Home-Based Primary Care services in client residences.
Skills
Residency training
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine
Experience in geriatrics
Education
Degree of Doctor of Medicine or equivalent
