Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of family strengths and needs and use treatment resources to foster growth.
• Develop, implement and evaluate treatment and discharge plans; explore alternative placements.
• Provide effective case management; ensure timely documentation and confidentiality.
• Conduct home/community casework visits at least twice a month to support goals.
• Build relationships with schools, courts, probation and local law enforcement.
