You will collaborate with families and care teams, deliver individualized therapy in home settings, and use efficient point-of-care documentation to reduce administrative burden while maintaining high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP eligibility or holding.
• Valid state licensure or certification in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric speech therapy in home-based settings.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to deliver therapy.
• Use efficient, point-of-care documentation tools to document progress.
