Job summary

Care Options for Kids is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for pediatric home health. Immediate caseload and a built-in client base mean you can start making an impact from day one. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available as part of the total compensation package.

This role focuses on flexibility, manageable caseloads, and strong support. You will provide therapy in home settings, team with families, and use efficient, point‑of‑care documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology is required/strongly preferred.
• CCC-SLP eligibility or certification is required.
• Valid state licensure or certification in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric speech therapy in home-based settings.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to develop and follow treatment plans.
• Deliver individualized care using efficient point-of-care documentation.
