DePelchin Children's Center in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Staff Clinician I to deliver parent education in home-based settings across San Antonio and surrounding counties, using the Triple P Model to reduce risk factors for child maltreatment. The role involves intake, assessments, treatment planning, supportive counseling, and advocacy with community resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in social work or related field required or relevant year of experience
• Must have Triple P certification or attain within first year of employment
• Must be able to work flexible hours according to client needs

Responsabilités

• Provide home-based intake and assessment to determine services for an individualized service/treatment plan.
• Develop a service plan outlining interventions from DePelchin and the community to address needs identified in the assessment.
• Refer clients to other services and advocate for entitlements or needed services.
• Maintain current records meeting agency recording requirements.
• Maintain monthly statistics and data for program accountability and billing.
• Collaborate with program staff to provide community education and presentations
