Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Franklin, MA is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver one-on-one care in homes and senior living communities. You’ll evaluate, plan, and treat to improve mobility and independence, with flexible schedules and optional telehealth within the Geriatric House Calls model.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT required in applicable state(s).
• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks and EMR systems.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one OT to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy to improve mobility, independence, and function.
• Document in FOX EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate.
