Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide home-based therapy under physician orders. You will perform initial evaluations, develop plans of care, conduct progress notes, and adjust treatment with the clinical team.

Role includes teaching home programs to patients and families, and coordinating with physicians. A state license, eligibility for national certification, and two years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited by AMA/AOTA or certified by National Certification
• Eligible for the National Registration Examination
• Currently licensed in the state(s) where practicing

Responsibilities

• Administers occupational therapy as prescribed by physicians
• Performs initial evaluations and develops plans of care
• Writes progress notes and discharge summaries
• Instructs patients and families in home programs and fine motor exercises
• Consults with physicians regarding treatment changes
