Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to assist in rehabilitation services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Ideal candidates hold a valid state license, OTA/COTA credential, and a current driver’s license, with familiarity in SNF/assisted living/home health care

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted license in the state of employment.
• OTA/COTA licensure or credential required by state.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing facility, assisted living facility, or home health care regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in occupational therapy under the supervision of a registered OT.
• Document patient progress in medical records.
• Implement the OT treatment plan per AOTA guidelines and state laws.
• Schedule therapy sessions and coordinate with nursing staff.
• Maintain equipment sanitation and safety in therapy areas.
