Job summary

Minimum qualifications include Ohio APRN licensure or PA-C eligibility, MSN/NP degree or NP program completion, and up-to-date oncology experience preferred. 40-hour week, with background check and drug screen as standard conditions.

Qualifications

• APRNs must hold an Ohio license and be eligible for certification, with an MN/MS in Nursing.
• Nurse Practitioner graduates must qualify to sit for the certifying exam.
• PA-C route requires NCCPA certification eligibility and Ohio licensure eligibility.
• Oncology experience of 1-2 years is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients' homes under supervision of a physician member of OSU Wexner Medical Center.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinicians to deliver full-scope care.
• Address preventive health, acute issues, and stable chronic conditions within home-based program.
