Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to deliver health care services in collaboration with a licensed physician member of the Wexner Medical Center. The APP will engage in preventive care, education, and management of acute and chronic conditions within approved practice parameters.

Minimum qualifications include Ohio APRN license, MSN, NP or PA-C program with eligibility for national certifying exams, and 0 years of required experience with 0-2 years

Qualifications

• Current APRN license in Ohio is required.
• MSN in Nursing or related field.
• Graduate of NP program eligible to sit for national certifying exam recognized by Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Graduate of PA-C program eligible to sit for NCCPA exam for PA licensure in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services under supervision with an attending physician.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to deliver full scope of patient care.
• Focus on preventive health and management of acute or chronic conditions.
