Job summary

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs seeks an Advanced Practice Nurse (Nurse Practitioner) II/III in the Home Based Primary Care program under the Geriatrics & Extended Care service to provide comprehensive NP services to veterans.

The NP will deliver advanced clinical care, consultation, and program management, emphasizing quality, timeliness, and veteran-centered outcomes. This role requires leadership, collaboration, and ongoing professional development within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Post-master's certificate, master's, or doctoral degree as a Nurse Practitioner and valid state NP license.
• Basic board certification in FNP/ANP/AGPCNP/GNP (ANCC/AANPCB or equivalent).
• Graduation from ACEN/CCNE-accredited NP教育 program; foreign education evaluated for equivalence.
