Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners seeks experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in Beaumont, CA and surrounding areas. PRN positions available with patients for the duration of their stay, working one-on-one in patients' homes and communities.

The team designs integrated plans across neuro and complex ortho diagnoses with evidence-based practices, emphasizing durable outcomes and collaboration with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology required.
• State licensure required.
• ASHA CCC preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs.
